2. Usage Rights & Restrictions
You are permitted to modify the assets to fit your specific project needs. However, the resale, sub-licensing, or redistribution of the raw source code or design files as a standalone product, or as part of a template marketplace, is strictly prohibited. Our assets are designed to serve as the foundation for unique digital experiences, and their value lies in their curated implementation.
3. Intellectual Property
Swift Designs identifies and elevates sophisticated open-source design frameworks, templates with MIT license, providing value through expert curation, quality assurance, and high-end aesthetic integration. All refined assets delivered through our platform are protected under the licensing terms established at the point of sale.
4. Warranty & Liability
Digital products are provided "as-is." While we strive for the highest levels of performance and cross-browser compatibility, Swift Designs does not guarantee that templates will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or assets.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital assets, all sales are final. Once access to the source code or design files has been provided, we cannot offer refunds. We encourage customers to review all previews and documentation prior to purchase.
