Overview

Mirage mirrors the page content beneath itself and animates the reflection independently - each item tilts, dims and skews into its double as it scrolls, so the boundary between object and reflection is always moving.

Two variants ship with it, differing in density and how aggressively the reflection distorts. The high-contrast display serif is deliberate: reflected type with strong thick-thin contrast is the thing people screenshot.

Best for: Fashion and product pages that want a single striking structural idea.

Does the reflection double my DOM?

Yes, by design - that is what keeps it live. It is cheap at this scale; the items are simple.

Can I reflect only part of the page?

Yes. The mirror binds to a wrapper; anything outside it is unaffected.
